Sleep (or lack of it) is probably the most emotionally charged aspect of parenting.
Poor sleeping habits in a child will have a profound effect on the whole family – both physically and mentally – as well as the child themselves.
The emotional distress is made worse by anxieties around sleep: your child worrying about getting to sleep; and parents also worrying about whether their child will get to sleep or if they will be woken up in the night.
Sleep can become a huge issue within the family with everyone losing sight of it being a natural process which we can influence.
The Sleep Fixes
The Sleep Fixes will move your child’s focus from sleep (and all the stress around it) to the simple enjoyment of resting their body in their cosy bed.
The Fairy and Animal Fixes (aimed at younger children) use a relaxing story to help your child get into a restful state while the Minecraft Fix uses a scene from a Minecraft Realm.
All the Sleep Fixes use progressive muscle relaxation exercises which, when done repeatedly for a few nights, will send a message to your child’s brain and body that it is time to rest.
