Step 4. Follow the “Guide to Making Your Mind Movie” visualisation in your email
Step 5: Follow the instructions in your download for incorporating your personal Mind Movie into your listening experience
Step 6: If you are under 16, let your adult know you are going to listen to your download.
Step 7: Listen to your download every day for one week
